In this study, the general pattern and connections that make up the whole have been tried to be understood by starting from the important details that constitute the archaeological diversity and richness of the region. Even being able to identify a single colored stone of this extraordinary beautiful mosaic picture called Anatolia will make great contributions to the understanding of the general picture. The Hierapolis Theater is a special structure that received direct help from the Roman Empire, but was also supported by local resources. While financial contributions were provided by the weavers of the city, superior artistic programs were implemented under the guidance of Antipatros, a wise sophist from Hierapolis. The examination of the stage reliefs in the theater will contribute to the recognition and understanding of “Hierapolis sculpture” in general by the world of science and art.
